Horses & Heart Songs uses the Epona approach to combine the wisdom of horses with experiential learning and musical expression, and organizes workshops with and without horses, focusing on personal development and life coaching. Important principles are:

The Epona approach was developed by Linda Kohanov, founder of Epona and author of The Tao of Equus, Riding Between the Worlds and Way of the Horse.

Sanna Heijnis is Epona Approved Instructor, singer-songwriter and lifelong horse person. She has a background in organization and communication, and is currently in training to become a psychologist.
